Fundraisers

BECAUSE GIVING IS GOOD

Now Wonderstruck only collects our portion of the fundraised amount, so you no longer have to wait for a check back. However, if you would like an official check and invoice back, we are happy to provide them. 

Now you can choose from any of our projects for your fundraiser and you'll get $5 off each guest with a minimum of 20 guests. In the event you have less than 20 guests, the discounted rate will not apply. A minimum of 10 guests are required for all events, even at full price.

Any event over 40 miles from our studio will be required to have a minimum of 25 participants, or a full price rate per person will apply.

Here's an example: If you chose a canvas painting, your rate would be $20 per person. You then charge $40 per ticket (maybe include some snacks or prizes as a suggestion). If you sold 25 tickets you would raise $500! Plus, we can service up to 100 seats at an off-site location like a school, church, winery, etc.

 

Tax exempt form required or tax will be added.  

All fundraising events & rates are subject to approval of Wonderstruck. 

$50 deposit required to book. If you're having your event at one of our studios this deposit will go towards the balance. If you are having your event off-site, this will cover our off-site travel fee.

 

*$10 Empty Seat Policy: If your event is set up for the confirmed number of participants and they do not attend, we will charge $10 per empty seat to cover prep, paint, set up and tear down. 

All fundraisers are required to pay cash or check only. Credit cards may be used, but an extra 4% fee will apply to cover credit card processing.

*$5 Empty Seat Policy: If your event is set up for the confirmed number of participants and they do not attend, we will charge $5 per empty seat to cover prep, paint, set up and tear down. 
 
All parties are schedule for a 2 hour time slot. Your group is expected to arrive at least 10 mins before to check in. All scheduled parties are expected to begin no later than 10 mins after the scheduled time. A late charge of $10 per 15 mins will be added to any party starting or finishing late. 
 
The studio may be rented for an additional hour onto any party at a rate of $40 per hour.
